Go to your hosting provider’s website and log in to your cPanel account using your username and password.
Once logged in, look for the “Softaculous Apps Installer” icon or simply search for “Softaculous” in the search bar.
In Softaculous, you’ll find a list of popular applications. Click on the WordPress icon to proceed with the installation.
On the WordPress installation page, click on the “Install Now” button to start the installation process.
Select the protocol you want to use (usually http:// or https://) and choose the domain where you want to install WordPress. If you have multiple domains associated with your cPanel account, you can select the one you want to use.
Next, you need to enter some basic information about your WordPress site. This includes the site name, site description, and admin username and password. Make sure to use a strong password for security purposes.
You can choose to install additional plugins and themes during the installation process. However, you can always install them later from within the WordPress dashboard, so this step is optional.
Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click on the “Install” button to complete the installation process. Softaculous will now install WordPress on your cPanel hosting account.
After a few moments, you should see a confirmation message indicating that WordPress has been successfully installed. It will also provide you with links to your WordPress site and the admin dashboard.
